SHIPPING INFORMATION

At UNLEASH XP, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from Australia.

Shipping Rates (Australia)

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Orders Over $99 FREE Standard Shipping

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout for Australian orders over $99 AUD (after discounts and before any applicable taxes).

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-8 business days.
  • During product launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping

  • 2–8 business days (depending on your location)

Express Shipping

  • 1–4 business days (depending on your location)

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

All Australian orders include tracking.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Peak shopping periods
  • Extreme weather events
  • Australia Post network delays
  • Public holidays
  • Remote delivery locations

UNLEASH XP cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels have been handed to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is supplied and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

UNLEASH XP is not responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and do everything we can to help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be left in a safe place if permitted by Australia Post.

If you prefer a signature on delivery or have specific delivery instructions, please include these where available during checkout.

UNLEASH XP is not responsible for parcels that are marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.

International Shipping

At this stage, UNLEASH XP ships within Australia only.
